Ingredients
Two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of mustard oil, 6-10 curry leaves, and one tablespoon of camphor powder.
Roast garlic cloves
Take a bow and garlic cloves with mustard oil and curry leaves . Roast the garlic cloves for 10 minutes until they turn black.
Cool down oil
Remove the garlic cloves and curry leaves from the oil and let it cool down for sometime at a lukewarm temperature.
Add camphor
Once the oil is cooled down, add camphor powder to this. Stir it well to combine properly.
Massage
Store this oil in an airtight container and massage it atleast twice a day to get relief from knee pain.
