Ingredients

One teaspoon of black peppercorns, one inch of ginger, 4-5 lemon slices, two cups of water, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a pinch of black salt, and half a tablespoon of honey.

Prepare ingredients

Start by thoroughly washing and peeling the ginger root. Grate it into thin shreds. Cut the lemon into thin slices as well.

Boil water

Take a saucepan and add water to it. Put the water to a boil and keep it on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Brew tea

Once the water is boiled, add smashed peppercorns, grated ginger shreds, and lemon slices. Simmer the tea on a low flame for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the tea
