Ingredients
4-5 garlic cloves, one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, one teaspoon of fenugreek powder, one teaspoon of mustard seed, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of kalonji seeds, two teaspoons of red chilli powder, two teaspoons of black salt, and one-fourth cup of mustard oil.
Wash garlic
Thoroughly wash and peel garlic cloves into small pieces. Sundry the cloves for a few hours.
Heat oil
Take a pan and add mustard oil to it. Heat the oil for a few minutes on a low flame.
Roast seeds
Add fennel, kalonji, and fenugreek seeds to the pan. Roast the seeds for about five minutes.
Add spices
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and black salt and stir it well to combine everything.
Store
Transfer and store the garlic pickle in a clay pot and sun-dry it to preserve it for longer.
