COVER JAR

Lastly, cover the jar with a breathable material like cheesecloth use rubber bands or string to cover it firmly.

FERMENTATION

Put the jar in a place with no direct sunlight exposure. Make sure that the vegetables are submerged in the water daily; wait for three to four days.
