 INGREDIENTS
To follow this easy recipe you will need one cup of wheat flour, one cup of edible gum (gond), one cup of powdered sugar, one cup of ghee,1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, one tablespoon of melon seeds, and one teaspoon cardamom powder.
ROAST GOND
 Firstly, take a pan keep it on medium flame and fry one cup of edible gum also known as Gond, until it puffs up. Remove it and set aside.
ROAST WHEAT
 Then take two teaspoons of ghee to roast wheat flour in the same pan until it turns golden brown and emits a pleasant smell.
COMBINE ROASTED INGREDIENTS
 Now, take a pan and combine the roasted gond with the roasted wheat flour. Mix them well.
ADD NUTS AND SEEDS
 Mix in a cup of chopped nuts like almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc. Also, add one teaspoon of melon seeds and cardamom powder. Mix well.
ADD SUGAR 
 Mix and allow it to cool down. Now, add one cup of powdered sugar and mix well. If you are making sugar-free laddu you can skip this stage or can add stevia.
MAKE SHAPE
 Now, you can make small round balls of the mixture with the help of your hands. You can also make a round shape with the help of mould.
LET THEM COOL 
 Store the Gondh laddus after they have completely cooled down in an air-tight container.
