Ingredients
To make giloy kadha at home, you need 2-3 giloy sticks, four cups of water, one tablespoon of grated ginger, a teaspoon of black pepper, a few tulsi leaves, and one tablespoon of honey.
Clean giloy sticks
Start by cleaning and soaking the giloy sticks in lukewarm water. After this, cut the giloy sticks into smaller pieces.
Boil ingredients
Add water to a saucepan with giloy sticks, grated ginger, black pepper and tulsi leaves. Let this boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Strain the kadha
Let it cool down to room temperature and strain it using a sieve. This will help remove giloy sticks.
Add honey
Now, transfer the kadhja to a glass and add a tablespoon of honey. Stir it well and drink this 2-3 times a day.
