GATHER YOUR SUPPLIES
You will need five simple ingredients to make lemon ginger tea that are Honey, Tea Powder, Lemon juice, and Water.
PREPARE WATER
Take a pan and add two cups of water to it, boil it for two minutes. Water can contribute to many benefits to the body like it improves digestion, improves skin texture etc.
ADD TEA POWDER
Once the water gets boiled add 1/2 tbs of tea powder. Continue boiling it until the water gets the colour of the tea powder.
ADD GINGER
Now take around one inch of fresh garlic and cut it into small pieces, add it to the tea water and boil.
ADD LEMON
After boiling garlic for two minutes turn off the gas fire and strain ginger tea in a cup. Squish 6-8 drops of lemon in the tea.
ADD FLAVOUR
