INGREDIENTS

To make this refreshing gond katira juice, you will need only five simple ingredients: two tablespoons of chia seeds, one lemon, two tablespoons of gond katira, and one tablespoon of honey, and half glass of water.

STEP 1: SOAK GOND KATIRA

Firstly, take two tablespoons of gond katira and soak them overnight in water or soak them in warm water for 2-3 hours. It will form a jelly-like consistency.
