What does tiramisu mean?
The word tiramisu translates to pick-me-up or cheer-me-up. It is a delicious Italian dairy-free dessert.
Ingredients
Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour (maida), two tablespoons of hot water, one and half tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of melted butter, one tablespoon of milk, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, half a teaspoon of espresso powder, one-eighth teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Other ingredients
One-third coconut cream, one-half teaspoon of icing sugar, one-fourth teaspoon of dark chocolate, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Combine ingredients
Take a mug and add melted butter, hot water, milk, apple cider vinegar, and rum flavouring. Whisk it well until smooth and creamy.
Combine dry ingredients
Take a mixing bowl and add maida, sugar, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix it well and it to the wet ingredients.
Microwave the cake
Whisk the cake batter well and keep it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until it is soft and fluffy to touch.
Prepare espresso
Now, take a cup and add espresso powder, rum flavouring, and water. Stir it wll to combine the ingredients. Drizzle this on the baked cake.
Prepare chocolate cream
Combine coconut cream, dark chocolate, icing sugar, and vanilla extract together. Top the cake with this and serve.
