Roast spices

Take a pan and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and peppercorns. Dry roast together for 1-2 minutes.

Boil water

Take a saucepan and add water with ginger and roasted spices. Boil this on a low flame for two minutes.

Simmer tea

Now, add black tea to the same pan and simmer the tea for another five minutes. This will infuse the flavours of the tea.

Add milk

Add milk to the tea and bring it to a boil. Add sugar to sweeten and stir it until it completely dissolves.

Strain tea

Turn off the flame and strain the tea in a cup using a sieve. Sip it warm on a chilly winter morning.
