Ingredients
4-6 Sweet potato, salt, two tsp chaat masala, one tsp chilli powder, two tsp cumin powder, black salt, coriander leaves(handful), one lemon.
Boil Sweet Potatoes
Peel and cut into small cubes 4-6 sweet potatoes boil till they are tender so that they cook completely.
Season
Add salt, two tsp chaat masala, one tsp chilli powder, and one tsp cumin powder to enhance flavour.
Add black salt
Black salt can give flavour to the potatoes as well; prepare the salad, and very graciously sprinkle black salt over it.
Add fresh coriander
Add a handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped finely, for a fresh and colourful addition to the salad.
Squeeze lemon
Squeeze a lemon over the salad, giving a nice citrusy tang that offsets the ochre and earth tones of other ingredients.
Toss
Gently mix up the ingredients to evenly distribute the spices, lemon, and fresh herbs to take the flavour up a notch.
