Ingredients

Cook the Rice
In a pot, place one and a half cups of water to a boil. Add the uncooked rice. Cook it until it gets soft.
Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked rice to the mixture. Mix it well.
