Ingredients
Two cups wheat flour, one-fourth tsp turmeric, half tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, one tsp cumin, one-fourth tsp coriander powder, one-fourth tsp garam masala, one tsp ginger paste, half tsp chaat masala, one-fourth tsp crushed pepper, two tsp oil, half tsp salt, half cup pudina, water, oil.
Prepare the Dough
Combine flour, spices, salt, oil, and pudina finely chopped. Afterwards, add water and knead to a soft dough. Leave it for 20 minutes for rest.
Divide and Roll
Take the dough and divide it into equal portions. Convert it into balls, dust each with flour, and flatten each into a round, medium-thick paratha.
Roast on Tawa
Place the paratha on a hot tawa. Cook for a minute on medium flame till it gets small bubbles start appearing.
Apply Oil and Flip
After that, flip the paratha, put oil, and press it gently with a spatula. Cook both sides till it gets golden brown and crisp.
Serve Hot
