7 Simple Steps To Make Coconut Kulfi At Home For Kids

Ingredients

Two cups of coconut milk, two cups of milk powder, one cup of sugar, two cups of coconut flesh, one-fourth cup of shredded coconut, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one tablespoon of cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.

Combine milk and condensed milk

Take a mixer and add coconut milk and condensed milk to it. Grind it into a or a few into a smooth paste.

Mix ingredients

Now, add vanilla extract, coconut flesh, sugar, grated coconut, and milk powder. Frind it into a smooth, lump-free mixture.

Cool the mixture

Cover the mixture with a plastic sheet and refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes. This will cool the mixture.

Freeze kulfi

Now, pour the mixture into a silicone tray or kulfi mould. Place wooden sticks in between and cover it with foil. Freeze the kulfi for 6-7 hours or overnight.

Serve Kulfi

Once the kulfi is set, de-mould the kulf and place it on the plate. Garnis each kulfi with cardamom powder and chopped nuts on top.
