Ingredients
Four cups puffed sorghum (jowar dhani), two teaspoons ghee, one cup chopped jaggery, 10-12 almonds, and 8-10 pistachios.
Roast the Nuts
In a medium pan, dry roast the almonds and pistachios until they turn lightly golden and fragrant. Set aside.
Melt the Jaggery
Add ghee to the same pan and melt the jaggery at low heat. Stir until it forms a smooth syrup consistency. Ensure that the jaggery does not burn.
Add Puffed Sorghum
After the jaggery has melted, add the puffed sorghum or jowar dhani to the pan and mix well, ensuring that the jowar dhani is evenly coated with the jaggery.
Add Roasted Nuts
Add roasted nuts, roasted almonds and pistachios to the jowar dhani mixture. Stir it well, so that nuts almonds and pistachios get mixed up.
Cool and Serve
Give a few minutes to cool down the mixture. Now, you can serve it or store it after it gets cooled down!
