Ingredients
One cup of raw peanuts, two teaspoons of tamarind paste, one teaspoon of salt, three red chillies, one clove of garlic, and one cup of water.
Dry roast peanuts
Take a pan and add peanuts to it. Dry roast the peanuts over medium flame until they turn golden brown.
Fry chillies
In the same pan, add red chillies. Fry the chillies over a medium flame until they turn black.
Blend ingredients
Take a mixer and add roasted peanuts, fried red chillies, salt, garlic, and tarmarind paste. Blend them together by adding water.
Grind the paste
Grind it for 2-3 minutes until it is smooth and creamy, and garnish it with mint leaves.
Serve
Transfer the chutney to a glass container and pair it with idlis and dosa.
