Ingredients
Three small onions, 1-2 green chillies, two sprigs of coriander leaves, 8-10 mint leaves, one lemon, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
Prepare onions
Start by thoroughly peeling onion skin. Slice the onion in round slices and wash it under running cold water.
Chop ingredients
Now, slit open the green chilli and chop it into smaller pieces. Chop coriander and leaves with this.
Soak onions
Now, separate onions into different layers and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes. This will remove the excess moisture.
Combine spices
Now, squeeze lemon juice and add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, and black pepper to the onions.
Toss and serve
Add green chillies with coriander leaves in this and toss it well. Serve this with naan, biryani, and grilled snacks.
