Deseed dates
Start by deseeding all the dates. Remove the seeds and soak the dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
Blend dates
Take a mixer and add walnuts, almonds, pistachios, and cocoa powder. Grind them into a coarse powder.
Shape dates
Melt the dark chocolate using the double boiler method. Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into the shape of dates.
Coat dates
Dip each date shaped dough separately into the melted dark chocolate and sprinkle some sea salt over it.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with dried rose petals and pistachios on top. Freeze it for 2-3 hours and serve it as a sweet.
