Ingredients
Half a liter of milk, one fourth cup sugar, one cup of cold milk, 2-3 teaspoons of custard powder one cup whipping cream, two tablespoons of condensed milk, one fourth cup of grated coconut, 6-8 slices of bread, chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, and rose petals.
Combine milk and sugar
Take a saucepan and add milk, sugar and custard powder. Cook it over medium flame until it starts to thicken. Let it cool down to room temperature.
Make whipped cream
Take a container and add whipped cream with condensed milk. Whisk it well until it is creamy and there are no lumps.
Prepare bread
Take bread slices and cut the edges of them. Set the bread slices in a glass container and press it down.
Assemble pudding
Now, layer the bed with cooled custard milk. Add another layer of bread slices and layer it with condensed milk.
Add whipped cream and coconut
Now, layer the pudding with the prepared whipped cream on top. Spread it with a spatula and add grated coconut.
Garnish and refrigerate
Garnish the pudding with chopped pistachios and almonds on top. Decorate with fresh rose petals. Freeze the pudding for 2-3 hours and serve.
