Ingredients

One cup of washed poha, one-third cup of suji, half a cup of curd, one teaspoon of chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds (jeera), sesame seeds, oil, curry leaves, and three tablespoons of sambhar powder.

Prepare the mixture

Add poha, suji, curd, chilli powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix and combine it all well.

Shape idlis

Now, divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into a small circle idli.

Steam idlis

Put the bite-sized idlis into the idli cooker. Steam them for about 8-10 minutes.
