Ingredients
One cup semolina ( roasted ), two tbsp of ghee, 200 gms of sweet Kiwi, 6-8 tbsp of sugar, some fine chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios), half tsp cardamom powder.
Prepare Kiwi
You have to peel and finely chop the sweet kiwi into small pieces. Kiwi has a natural sweetness, which will add a refreshing flavour to the halwa.
Heat Ghee
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of ghee over medium heat. Now, add the roasted semolina. You have to stir continuously to avoid burning while browning.
Add Kiwi and Sugar
Afterwards, add the chopped kiwi pieces to the semolina mixture. Then, stir in 6-8 tablespoons of sugar. Allow it to dissolve completely.
Add Cardamom Powder
Just sprinkle half a teaspoon of cardamom powder into the mixture. Mix it well to make lump-free halwa with aromatic and warm flavour.
Garnish and Serve
You can add finely chopped almonds and pistachios for a crunchy texture. Mix, cook for a minute and then serve it hot and enjoy!
