Ingredients
One cup jowar flour, three tbsp rava, salt, one-fourth cup curd, one and a half cups water, two tbsp capsicum, two tbsp carrot, two tbsp onion, two tbsp coriander, one inch ginger, two chillies, half tsp eno fruit salt, two tbsp sesame, oil.
Prepare Batter Base
In a bowl, mix one cup of jowar flour, three tablespoons of rava, a half tsp of salt, curd, and water.
Add Veggies & Spices
Add chopped capsicum, carrot, onion, coriander, ginger, and green chilli for flavour and crunch.
Activate Batter
Afterwards, you need to mix in half a tsp of Eno and mix till the batter becomes light and frothy.
Cook Chilla
Scatter sesame seeds on an oiled pan, pour the batter, drizzle with oil on top, and cook on a low flame.
Flip & Serve
After that, you need to fry until golden on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
