Ingredients
One cup sabudana / sago, one cup buttermilk, three-fourth tsp salt, two chilli, one inch ginger, three-fourth cup rice flour, two tbsp peanut, two tbsp coriander, two tbsp curry leaves, two tbsp dry coconut, one tsp cumin, water, oil.
Take a large bowl
Take a large bowl and rinse one cup of sabudana well with water. Then, drain off the water completely.
Add buttermilk
Add one cup buttermilk, three-fourths tsp salt, two chopped chillies, one-inch ginger, and mix everything thoroughly.
Cover
Cover the bowl and let it rest for eight hours until the sabudana absorbs buttermilk and becomes soft.
Add rice flour
Add three-fourths cup of rice flour, two tablespoons of peanuts, two tablespoons of coriander, two tablespoons of curry leaves, and mix well.
Serve
Grease your hands with oil, form a dough ball, and deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown.
