Ingredients
200 gms bottle gourd, salt, one-fourth tsp asafetida, one-fourth tsp turmeric powder, half tsp ginger garlic paste, two green chilli, two tbsp coriander leaves, two tbsp moong dal, two tbsp curd, one-fourth cup gram flour, one tsp soda, oil.
Preparation of Lauki
You have to peel and then grate the lauki. After that, squeeze the juice out and keep that juice in a bowl.
Make the Kofta
Mix The grated lauki is mixed with all the ingredients for the kofta, except the oil, and then shaped into small balls or patties.
Cook the Koftas
In a pan, heat a little oil and shallow-fry the koftas gently until they turn a beautiful golden color on all sides.
Serve
Place the fried koftas on the kitchen towel to drain the excess oil and keep them crunchy. Serve immediately.
