Quick and Easy Raw Mango Chutney Recipe To Elevate Your summer Dishes

Ingredients

2-3 cups of grated raw mangoes, half cup jaggery, a teaspoon of ginger, one chopped green chilli, a teaspoon of oil, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, half a teaspoon coriander powder, half a teaspoon of pepper, half teaspoon of kalonji seeds, pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of mustard powder, and a teaspoon of lemon juice.

Prep the mangoes

Take the mangoes and soak them in water for 4-5 hours. Now, take the mangoes and grate them into small pieces.

Temper the spices

Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger, green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kalonji seeds, mustard powder, and pepper.

Add grated mango

Now, add the grated mangoes to the spices and cook them until it is mangoes are softened. Add turmeric powder of that yellow colour.

Add jaggery and lemon juice

Now, add jaggery powder and lemon juice to the chutney. Cook it until the jaggery is melted and combined.

Store and serve

Cook the chutney at room temperature and store in an airtight container. Serve it with roti and rice to extra tanginess to your meal.
