Ingredients
Two tablespoons kokum agal, half a teaspoon black salt, one-fourth teaspoon Cumin (roasted cumin seeds), four tablespoons sugar, and two tablespoons soaked chia seeds.
Prepare a mixture
Prepare a mixture of the kokum powder with salt, sugar, cumin powder, and cold water in a container.
Mix kokum powder
Mix thoroughly until the kokum powder, salt, sugar, and cumin powder are dissolved evenly in the water.
Add chia syrup
In another glass, add the chia seeds and then pour some Samman syrup to flavour and texture the drink.
Mix chia seeds and syrup
Gently mix the chia seeds and syrup together. It allows the chia seeds to soak up the syrup completely.
Serve
