Ingredients
10-12 digestive biscuits, one-fourth cup of melted butter, one cup of chopped mango, two tablespoons of condensed milk, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one cup of paneer, 3-4 tablespoons of hung curd, and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Prepare mango pulp
Take a saucepan and add half a cup of chopped strawberries with sugar to it. Cook it until it starts to thicken. Add lemon juice and stir it well.
Crush biscuits
Take digestive biscuits and crush them into small crumbs. Add melted butter and mix it well until golden brown.
Prepare cream cheese filling
Take a mixer and add paneer, hung curd, condensed milk, and vanilla essence. Blend it into a smooth mixture.
Assemble cheesecake
Add the first layer of biscuit and press it down using a spoon. Pour the second layer of prepared cream cheese filling.
Garnish and refrigerate
Refrigerate the cheesecake for 2-3 hours and garnish with chopped mango cubes and whipped cream.
