Ingredients

Two tablespoons of roasted sattu (gram flour), 1-2 green chillies, one cup of chilled buttermilk, a pinch of black salt, half a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves for freshness.

Whisk it well

Mix sattu powder with water and curd or buttermilk. Whisk and stir it well to combine everything together.

Add spices

Add black salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and green chillies to this. This will balance the flavour and aid digestion.
