Ingredients
Two large lemons, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of red chilli powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, a few coriander leaves, 1-2 cloves of garlic, and one teaspoon of sugar.
Preparing lemon
Start by peeling the lemons and removing their skin. Extract the lemon pulp and keep it separate.
Grind paste
Take a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic, and coriander leaves. Press this using a grindstone to make a mixture.
Combine ingredients
Now take the lemon pulp and add the prepared spice mixture. Add salt to this and toss it evenly to coat the spices.
Marinate
Marinate the lemons and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes. This will allow lemon to release its natural flavours.
Serve
Serve this chaat in small bowls and pair it as a side dish with your meals. This will add tanginess and aid the digestion process.
