Ingredients
Two sweet potatoes, one teaspoon of cumin seeds, one teaspoon of coriander powder, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, salt according to taste, one tablespoon of olive oil, 3-4 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, half a cup of makhana, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and one teaspoon of chaat masala.
Boil sweet potatoes
Boil the sweet potatoes for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water anhd peel te outer layer. Chop the sweet potatoes into pieces.
Prepare dressing
Heat some oil, and squeeze some lemon juice. Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt to it. Mix it well to combine ingredients.
Roast the sweet potato
Roast the sweet potato for a few minutes and coat it with the prepared dressing. Roast the makhana with one tablespoon of ghee on a low flame.
Garnish
Garnish the sweet potato chaat with roasted makhana and fresh coriander leaves on top.
Serve
Transfer it to a bowl and serve the sweet potato chaat with pomegranate seeds and lemon juice on top.
