Ingredients
Two tablespoons of tea leaves, a teaspoon of cardamom powder, clove powder, an inch of ginger, one cup of water, two cups of milk, and half a tablespoon of sugar.
Boil water
Take a saucepan and add water to it. Boil the water for two minutes and add ginger, clove, and cardamom.
Add tea leaves
Now, add two tablespoons of tea to the pan and let it boil. Let the tea simmer for 5-10 minutes on a low flame.
Strain the tea
Turn off the falme and strain the tea using a sieve. This will help remove the tea residue; keep the tea aside.
Boil milk
Add milk to the saucepan and let it boil. Add sugar to the pan and stir it well. Simmer it until it starts to thicken and is reduced to half.
Combine milk and tea
Add the brewed cup and pour the milk on top . Add a tablespoon of fresh malai or butter on top for extra creaminess. Pair this with bun maska for breakfast.
