Ingredients
One cup of ragi flour, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of carrom seeds, one tablespoon of ghee, two boiled sweet potatoes, one tablespoon of cumin powder, and salt to taste
Prepare the dough
Take a pan and add water, let it boil for some time. Now, add salt and ragi flour to it. Combine this mixture with ghee and let it rest.
Prepare the filling
Take mashed potatoes and add cumin seeds, spices, and salt to this. Combine all the ingredients well.
Knead a dough
Take the ragi flour and add mashed potatoes to it. Combine them together to make a soft dough.
Assemble prathas
Now, take small bowls and circle them into prathas. Cook it with ghee on pan. Serve this hot with yoghurt.
