Ingredients
4-5 tablespoons of mustard oil, one bowl of crushed olives, one-fourth cup of jaggery, two teaspoons of panch phoron seeds, two teaspoons of roasted cumin seeds, one teaspoon of red chilli powder, and two tablespoons of honey.
Melt jaggery
Take a pan and add mustard oil to it. Heat the oil for a while, add jaggery, and cook it on medium flame.
Add olives
Now, add the crushed olives to the pan and cook it until it softens. Stir it occasionally to avoid burning.
Add spices
Now, add salt, panch phoron seeds, roasted cumin seeds, and red chilli powder. Cook and roast it with spices for 2-3 minutes.
Add honey
Turn off the flame and finish off the chutney by adding to it. Pair it with rice and curries to boost immunity during winter.
