Ingredients
Two cups of grated coconut, one cup of grated jaggery, half a cup of milk, one tablespoon of ghee, and one-fourth tablespoon of cardamom powder.
Melt ghee and roast ingredients
Take a pot and add ghee, grated coconut, and jaggery. Stir it continuously until the jaggery is melted.
Add milk
Add milk to the mixture and stir it continuously until milk starts to thicken. Start folding it from the sides.
Add cardamom powder
Add cardamom powder the the mixture. This will enhance the flavour of the jaggery barfi.
Cool and separate
Transfer the batter to a plate and spread it into a layer. Cut it into small squares after cooling it down.
