Immunity-Boosting Cinnamon Kadha For Winter Season

Ingredients

One tablespoon of cardamom, one tablespoon of black pepper, one tablespoon of dried ginger, one tablespoon of cinnamon, and one tablespoon of honey.

Boil water

Take a saucepan and add two cups of water to it. Boil the water for a few minutes over medium flame.

Brew kadha

Now, add cardamom, black pepper, dried ginger, and cinnamon to the boiling water. Brew this over a low flame for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the kadha

After 5-10 minutes, turn off the flame and strain the kadha using a sieve. This will help remove residue of the ingredients.

Add honey

Now, add one tablespoon of honey to the kadha and stir it well to combine. Sip it warm once or twice a day.
