Ingredients
Half a tub of vanilla ice cream, rectangular or circular biscuits like Marie Gold, parle-G, bourboun or Hide and Seek, and melted dark chocolate.

Take softened vanilla ice cream and add it between two biscuits. Press it down between the two biscuits.
Freeze
Cut the extra ice cream from the sandwich and place it on a parchment paper. Freeze it for 2-3 hours.
Add melted chocolate
Once the ice cream sandwiches are set, dip them in melted chocolate. Drip off the excess chocolate on a plate.
Freeze again
Place them on the parchment paper and freeze them for 30 minutes. Drizzle chocolate chips or chocolate sauce for extra crunch.
