Morning Workout

Hrithik Roshan wakes up early in the morning and works out between 5-6 am everyday. He has his protein-rich breakfast 45 minutes after that.

Early bedtime

Roshan sleeps by 9 pm everyday. It helps in the recovery of the body and enhances the overall well being.

Consistent Workout

He works out 5-6 days a week . he includes functional exercises like boxing, battle rope, and kettlebellwork.

Cardio exercises

Roshan also includes a mix of cardio exercises like swimming, stairmaster, and running. He does this 1-2 times a week.

6-7 small meals

He eats 6-7 small meals a day. It includes quinoa, rice, sweet potatoes, fish, chicken, and egg whites.
