Ingredients Needed

One and a half cups of dry roast makhana, half tsp chilli powder, half tsp amchur, one tsp chaat masala, one fourth tsp salt, two tbsp tomato

Two tbsp onion, two tbsp cucumber, two tbsp green chutney, two tbsp tamarind chutney, two tbsp coriander leaves and two tbsp peanuts. (

Mix the spices

In a container, add chilli powder, amchur, chaat masala and salt and mix it thoroughly.

Prepare vegetables and chutneys

Add chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, green chutney, tamarind chutney, and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl. Mix it well.

Add makhana and peanuts

To the mixture, add dry-roasted makhana and peanuts. Toss them together gently until everything is well mixed. Serve and enjoy!
