Ingredients
8 – 10 strawberries, one-fourth cup honey, one cup curd, half a cup milk, chopped/sliced strawberries, and a few, fresh mint leaves.
Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the 8-10 strawberries thoroughly. Remove the stems and cut them into halves or quarters for blending.
Blend It
In a blender, mix chopped strawberries, honey, curd (yoghurt), and milk. Blend until smooth and well-mixed.
Blend Them Well
Mix everything at medium speed for about 1-2 minutes, or until you get a nice smooth and creamy texture. Add more milk if you'd like to thin it down a bit.
Taste and Adjust Taste it
If you would like it sweeter, add more honey. If you do that, blend for a few seconds again. Pour Into glasses.
Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with chopped strawberries and fresh mint leaves on top for extrusion and colour. Enjoy them immediately!
