Ingredients
Two tbsp sattu, one glass of water, one tbsp lemon juice, half an onion chopped, half a green chilli chopped, half tsp black salt, half tsp rock salt, half tsp roasted cumin powder, Mint leaves a few.
Mix Base
You need a bowl or glass, mix two tablespoons of sattu with one glass of water until smooth with no lumps.
Add Flavours
Afterwards, you have to add chopped onion, green chilli, and lemon juice. Stir well so that flavours mix well.
Season It
After that, you can mix in black salt, rock salt, and roasted cumin powder. Add crushed ice if desired.
Garnish & Serve
At last, if you want, you can garnish sattu with mint leaves to have a mint flavour. Now you can serve it chilled.
