Ingredients
8-10 pieces of Gond katira, four tsp sabja/basil seeds, three tsp Soaked Gond katira, two tsp Soaked sabja seeds, 5-6 fresh mint leaves, two cups tender coconut water, a pinch of roasted cumin powder, a pinch of salt.
Soaking Gond Katira
You have to take 8-10 pieces of Gond katira. Now, you have to place Gond katira in water for 4-5 hours, or overnight to soften.

After that, you have to place four teaspoons of sabja/basil seeds in water for 10-15 minutes until expanded and puffed up.
