Ingredients For Dough
To make modak dough, you will need one cup of rice flour, one cup of water, one tablespoon of ghee, and a pinch of salt.
Ingredients For Filling
To make modak filling, you will need: one cup of grated coconut, 1/4 cup of grated jaggery, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, and two tablespoons of chopped nuts.
Prepare Filling
Firstly, heat a pan, and add grated coconut and jaggery. Stir continuously on low heat until the jaggery melts and mixes with the coconut.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER
Then, add one teaspoon of cardamom powder, and two tablespoons of chopped nuts to the mixture and continue stirring.
Make Dough
