Add citron
Put two tablespoons of citron concentrate in a cup for a tangy and sweet flavour base.
Add warm water
Pour warm water slowly into the cup, taking care not to let it get to the boiling point, so as not to destroy the nutrients and the natural taste.
Stir
Stir well until the citron concentrate dissolves completely, leaving a smooth blend of concentrate and water.
Add honey
Add a little honey if you like for added sweetness and soothing taste for the kids.
Serve
Serve this warm Korean beverage to children for a healthy, cosy treat, along with their favourite monsoon-time munchies.
