How To Make Kala Khatta Ice Gola At Home?

Ingredients

One cup of jamun or black grapes, half a cup of sugar, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of cumin powder, salt as per taste, ice cubes, a teaspoon of black salt, and half a cup of water.

Blend grapes and jamun

Take black and jamun in one cup of water. Add this to a mixer and blend it well until smooth. Strain and remove the pulp.

Make sugar syrup

Add black grape juice to a saucepan with sugar, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Cook it until it starts to thicken.

Shape the cola

Crush the ice and add the crushed ice to a glass halfway. Add a wooden stick in the centre and then press it firmly.

Add khala khatta syrup and spices

Squeeze some lemon juice on the ice gola and sprinkle some black salt and chaat masala. Add the prepared kala khatta syrup.
