Ingredients
Half a cup of instant oats, one cup of milk, one cup of mango pulp, two cups of milk, one tsp of chia seed, and one tsp of honey.
Soak the Oats
Soak the oats for about 10-15 minutes in a half-cup of warm milk. This softens the oats and consequently makes them easier to digest.
Blend the Ingredients
Add to the blender the soaked oats, mango pulp, the remaining milk, chia seeds, and honey, and blend till smooth and creamy.
Consistency Check
If the smoothie is too thick, then just pour a splash of milk and blend for a few seconds. To enjoy it extra cool, toss in some ice cubes.
Serve Fresh
