Ingredients
One cup of water, two tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, one cup of all-purpose flour (maida), and cinnamon sugar.
Combine ingredients
Take a saucepan and add water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Let it boil over medium heat and stir well to combine.
Prepare dough
Now, add the flour (maida) to the mixture. Fold and stir to form a soft dough. Let the dough cool down to room temperature.
Pipe the churros
Now, add the prepared cool dough to the piping bag. Adjust the nozzle and heat oil in a deep pan.
Fry the churros
Pipe strips of churros directly into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Coat the serve
Drain excess oil on a paper towel and coat the churros with cinnamon sugar. Seve them hot with chocolate sauce or Nutella.
