Ingredient
Half cup beetroot, one cup rice flour, one-fourth cup rava / semolina, coarse, three-fourth tsp salt, three cups water, half onion, two chilli, two tbsp coriander, few curry leaves, one tsp cumin, water, oil.
Prepare Beetroot Paste
Take a mixer jar, place and blend half a cup of beetroot with half a cup of water until smooth, creating a vibrant paste.
Mix Ingredients
You have to move beetroot paste into a bowl. Afterwards, add rice flour, rava, salt, and three cups of water. Mix it well to avoid lumps.
Add Vegetables and Spices
Now, add finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and cumin seeds. Mix it well and let the batter rest.
Adjust Consistency
After resting for ten minutes, kindly check the batter's consistency. If it’s too thick, you have to add water to adjust it.
Cook Dosa
Take a pan and heat it, place the batter, and spread one tsp of oil. Cook it for two minutes until the dosa turns crisp. Serve!
