Ingredients
Two raw mangoes (Kairi), one cup jaggery, one tbsp cardamom powder 4-5 Pudina leaves.
Cook Raw Mangoes
Boil or steam the raw mangoes until they are soft enough to easily remove the peel and extract the pulp.
Prepare Jaggery Syrup
Take In a separate pot and melt the jaggery with a little water over low heat. Stir until fully dissolved to avoid lump.
Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, blend mango pulp, jaggery syrup, and a tablespoon of cardamom powder until smooth.
Add Pudina Leaves
Blend in 4-5 pudina leaves (mint) in the blender. Now, you have to briefly blend to incorporate a minty flavour.
Serve and Enjoy
Then at this point, you can add either cold water or ice so it's cold, and your refreshing Aam Panna is ready to be enjoyed!
