Ingredients
One cup of cucumber, one tablespoon of chia seeds, one cup yoghurt/curd, one teaspoon lime juice, one teaspoon honey, a pinch of black salt, 4-5 fresh mint leaves, 2-3 icecubes.
Cut cucumber
You have to cut the cucumber into chunks and peel it. Now, put them in a blender or food processor.
Add chia seeds
Now, you have to add one tablespoon of chia seeds to the blender with the cucumber to add some texture.
Add yoghurt
Add in one cup of yoghurt, one teaspoon of lime juice, and one teaspoon of honey for flavour.
Add black salt
Add in a pinch of black salt and 4-5 fresh mint leaves to add some freshness to the smoothie.
Serve
Finally, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend them. Now, you can serve and enjoy it chilled for a great refreshing summer treat.
