Ingredients
One cup of almonds, three cups of rolled oats, four tablespoons of cocoa powder, and one-fourth cup of hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Roast ingredients
Dry roast almonds, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds,and flax seeds until aromatic.
Grind ingredients
Put roasted ingredients with channa sattu powder and cocoa powder in a blender. Blend it nicely until there are no lumps.
Transfer
Sieve the powder and transfer this mix into a glass jar and add jaggery powder. It will add natural sweetness to the protein powder.
Refrigerate
Refrigerate this to use for upto six months. It will prevent it from getting soggy and will increase its shelf life.
